Wicked new neon ballet tutu from Death Kitty. If you want a longer tutu then this is the one measuring 38cm in length, with their adjustable elasticated waist, as they come in 2 sizes, S/M a UK size 8-12, and a M/L a UK 10-14.The top bit of the tutu is made from cotton, then it goes into 2 layers of neon mesh, finished off with 2 frills of black mesh, to maximise the volume!.
