This only confirms that we have received your order and does not create a contract between us. A contract is made when we issue an invoice at the date of despatch.

We reserve the right to withdraw or change a product, specification and or price without notice but in such cases will not proceed with an order until we have contacted you and you have accepted the alternative product or price.

All Special Offers, Free Goods or Gifts and Discount Deals are only available whilst stocks last and we reserve the right to withdraw them without notice.

Back Orders

Whilst we try to ensure that all listed products are in stock should we be unable to deliver we will contact you to give you the option to cancel, exchange or back order. No payment will be taken until we despatch.

Tax

All prices include VAT at 17.5% that is applicable to the UK and the European Union. Other countries are exempt from VAT but may incur import duties on receipt.
